fulltime ontwerper/product en account manager

Zargar v.o.f. is op zoek naar een full time ontwerper / product en account manager die de producten ontwerpt, meehelpt met de acquisitie in Europa en leiding geeft aan de tapijtknopers in Pakistan en Afghanistan. Hoofdvestigingsplaats is Katwijk aan Zee.

Functie-eisen

Aantoonbare grondige kennis van de productie van handgeknoopte tapijten, zowel voor wat betreft het gebruikte materiaal (wol, verfstoffen) als knooptechnieken.

Vaardigheid in het restaureren en inkorten van handgeknoopte tapijten.

Werkervaring als ontwerper van bedrukbare stoffen, dessins of vergelijkbare producten is een pré.

Kennis van en ervaring met ontwerpsoftware (het gebruikte pakket is Boria), of de vaardigheid om dit binnen kort tijdsbestek te leren.

Voldoende beheersing van de volgende talen: Engels, Urdu, Turkmeens en

Werkervaring in een commerciële functie met klantcontact.

Werkervaring in een leidinggevende functie is een pré.

Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.

De bereidheid om veel te reizen, ook onder moeilijke omstandigheden.

Flexibel, integer en verantwoordelijk.

Beloning

Een bruto maandsalaris van € 2.200  tot maximaal € 2.757 afhankelijk van leeftijd en ervaring. Een en ander conform de CAO Groothandel textielgoederen. Secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden in overleg.

Product Management

Developing and designing new prints

Profound knowledge of the product line’s components and its potential impact on the market as a whole

Maintain close contact about new and outstanding assignments with suppliers and manufacturers

Monitor quality and quality control of the fabricated products

Respect of discretion when discussing the production roll-out and maintaining confidentiality
